Overview
A privacy policy explains how a website or business collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages data from visitors and customers. It often describes the steps taken to protect privacy. Requirements vary by jurisdiction; you are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your activities.
Information we may collect
When you contact us (for example through our website forms, by phone, or by email), we may collect details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, project or site address, and message content. If you opt in to SMS, we process your mobile number and consent as described below.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide estimates and services, operate our business, and, where you have agreed, send SMS messages related to customer care. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS privacy policy
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
